A stable single jersey with a slubby look but smooth hand feel, suitable for looser-fit t-shirts, dresses and summer skirts that do not require much stretch.

100% organic GOTS-certified cotton. 1.5m wide. Approx 190gsm. Knitted in the UK.31% stretch across the width and 20% stretch lengthwise.

Please note, as this fabric is organic, there may be minor irregularities to the weave.

We recommend that you prewash this fabric before cutting in case of any minor shrinkage due to the finishing processes used. Wash at 30 with mild detergent. Line dry and use minimal tumble drying. Iron on a med-hot cotton setting.

Production notes: Raw material is certified organically-grown from India and spun into yarn in India at a GOTS-certified mill. The cloth is woven on small power looms in a small fair trade community in Kerala, India. Bleached using oxy or hydrogen peroxide methods.
