This four-way stretch bamboo fabric is very silky to the touch and so is smooth and soft next to the skin. It has a good weight and so drapes beautifully, falling rather than sticking. The underside has a slight lustre when shone in light and gives it a very luxurious feel. Bamboo is an excellent choice for year-round clothing – because of its microporous structure and natural breathability it keeps you cool and comfortable in hot weather, yet warm and cosy in the cold.

95% bamboo viscose 5% spandex. 165cm wide. 195gsm. This jersey has an approximate 93% stretch with 96% recovery and four-way stretch.

We recommend that you machine wash on easy care 30, if necessary iron on a cool-med setting (due to the spandex) and line dry where possible.

Production notes: 100% biodegradable fibre, naturally grown without the need for intensive use of chemicals. Uncertain dye process but is colourfast. Produced in Korea near fibre source.

Please note: You may notice small holes along the selvedge caused by pinning in the manufacture of this fabric. The extra width of 165cm will allow for a useable width of 150cm, which is standard for most knitted fabrics.
